　　Material description of steel and wood test bench

The whole cabinet is made of standard 16mm or 18mm thick environment-friendly E1 grade melamine veneer (creative board), and high-pressure steam hot melt paste technology is adopted to prevent wrinkling and falling off. PVC hot melt adhesive is used for waterproof edge sealing of all cross sections to ensure that the edge of the laminate does not hurt hands;

Color: sapphire blue/lake blue/gray/milky white/warm white, etc.

The main frame (steel frame) adopts 38*58*1.2~1.8mm thick steel pipe (default is 1.2mm thick steel pipe), and the lower supporting material is 20*40*1.2mm thick steel pipe, which becomes the main supporting structure of the test bench. After the table top is connected with the steel frame structure, it can bear a load of 300 kg/m. Surface epoxy resin powder electrostatic spraying, high temperature curing, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance. The table top is made of 12.7mm thick solid physical and chemical board, which is resistant to strong acid and alkali, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and can resist 105 kinds of corrosion reagents such as acid, alkali, strong oxidant, etc. The outer edge is thickened to 25.4mm thick by double-layer welt, and has good appearance and feel after grinding. A variety of colors are available, and the regular is black. (Foya, Wesenya or other brands).

　　Cabinet hardware and accessories

Hinge: DTC brand or other designated brand, opening angle 110 or 175 ordinary dumpling chain (or damping chain), bearing up to 100-200kg, opening times up to 100,000 times;

Handles: aluminum alloy U-shaped handle or one-word handle (can be matched with different colors),304 stainless steel handle, durable, corrosion-resistant, easy to clean;

Anchor: The 12mm large nylon adjustable anchor is used, which has the advantages of anti-skid, shock absorption, corrosion resistance, and strong bearing capacity. It is more suitable for use in a laboratory environment.

Slide rail:(DTC brand or designated brand) adopts three-section bearing ball type mute slide rail.
